1. About Vybezy

Vybezy is an online lifestyle and print-on-demand store offering products including, but not limited to:

  • Personalized and customized products

Our products are produced on demand and may be manufactured and fulfilled through third-party production and fulfillment partners.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation. An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted if there is an issue with payment, product availability, pricing, shipping information or suspected fraudulent activity.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order when reasonably necessary.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.

5. Pricing and Payments

All product prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges or other fees will be displayed during checkout where applicable.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and accepted.

6. Print-on-Demand Products

Most Vybezy products are produced after an order is placed.

Because products are manufactured specifically for individual orders, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Incorrect product selection
  • Personal preference
  • Customer-provided design errors

7. Custom and Personalized Products

Vybezy may offer products that allow customers to upload artwork, images, text or other content.

By submitting content for customization, you confirm that:

  • Your content does not unlawfully infringe another person's or company's intellectual property rights.
  • Your content does not contain unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, threatening or otherwise prohibited material.
  • You have permission to use any images, names, logos, artwork or other materials included in your design.

Vybezy does not claim ownership of your original customer-submitted artwork.

However, you grant Vybezy and our production partners the limited permission necessary to reproduce, process, manufacture and fulfill the customized product you ordered.

8. Prohibited Custom Content

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel customized orders containing content that we reasonably believe:

  • Infringes intellectual property rights
  • Violates applicable law
  • Promotes illegal activity
  • Contains hateful or discriminatory content
  • Contains threats or harassment
  • Contains sexually explicit content
  • Impersonates another person or organization
  • Violates the rights of another person

If an order is rejected for these reasons, we may contact you regarding the order and any applicable refund.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Vybezy website, including its branding, logos, original designs, graphics, photographs, text, layout and other content, is owned by or licensed to Vybezy and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, publicly display or commercially exploit Vybezy's original content without our written permission.

You may not use the Vybezy name, logo or branding in a way that suggests an unauthorized partnership, sponsorship or affiliation.

10. Customer-Submitted Content

If you submit reviews, photographs, comments, feedback or other content to Vybezy, you retain ownership of your content.

However, by submitting such content, you grant Vybezy a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display and publish that content for purposes such as:

  • Website display
  • Marketing
  • Social media
  • Advertising
  • Product promotion

We may remove submitted content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

If you submit customer photographs or other personally identifiable content, we will use them in accordance with our Privacy Policy and any applicable consent requirements.

Estimated delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
